Stephen took my case when other attorneys refused. It was a case against a highly political entity in Mississippi who have many, many attorneys on “outside” retainers. This prevents them from representing a person bringing suit against the entity. Stephen had no qualms about taking my case. I must say he fought a great fight for me and we did claim victory in my case, although the specific details can’t be discussed. I highly recommend Stephen Stamboulieh as an attorney should anyone need representation. In my opinion, he is the ABSOLUTE BEST attorney you could hire to represent your interests!

Stephen was extremely knowledgeable, kind, caring, listened to all the details of my case. He drove 4 hours each way for my trial. He is a Fantastic attorney, none as I've seen before. Stephen D. Stamboulieh is a native of Houston, Texas. I earned my B.S. degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2002 in Business Administration and my Juris Doctorate degree from Mississippi College School of Law in 2007. I have represented plaintiffs and defendants in Chancery, Circuit and the Federal courts in Mississippi. His practice has focused on insurance law, firearms law, criminal defense and healthcare law.
I am a recurring guest on the Kim Wade Show and the JT Show where I discuss both Federal and State firearms laws. I also consult with attorneys and plaintiffs from around the country regarding firearms litigation and potential litigation and the effect of legislation on the Second Amendment. I have also been involved with the National Rifle Association (NRA) on various firearms related matters and consult with them on legislation regularly.
