About

Taylor R. Tomanka was raised in Mansfield, Texas, a suburb of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. After graduating from Mansfield High School, she earned a B.S. in Public Relations and a Business Foundations Certificate at The University of Texas at Austin. While in college, she was a member of Delta Delta Delta as well as Sigma Alpha Lambda Honors Fraternity. She graduated with honors in both her major and minor, University-wide as well as within the School of Communication. From there, she enrolled at Texas Tech University School of Law and Texas Tech University Rawls Graduate School of Business to pursue her passion for the law and business. Mrs. Tomanka received a “Distinction” award for earning the second highest grade in International Business Transactions and was named as a Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges Honoree prior to graduating. She also made top grades in other law classes as well as her MBA business classes.
During law and graduate business school, Mrs. Tomanka also excelled in extracurricular activities outside the classroom. Embracing Texas Tech School of Law’s nationally recognized advocacy program, she honed her negotiation skills by competing in intra-school negotiation competitions.
