  Tim Is an excellent, efficient and very personable attorney. He does what he says and returns calls promptly. Everything went smooth. He really has his act together as an attorney. He is a bulldog when he needs to be and an awesome negotiator. My Case was so fast and Tim handled all the stress for me. I have had other attorneys but none that actually did the work for me . I never felt like I had to question his expertise because he really knows his stuff.

  Tim has been our attorney for many years and I have recommended many family, friends and clients to him. I met Tim when he worked at his first office working for someone else, I had a case at the firm a year prior that had become active again and Tim remember me and my case right away. He handled my child support case, later the adoption of my daughter by my husband and most importantly a highly volatile, complicated family case with one of our "blended" children and their other parent. This case has been a continuous challenge for 15 years and Tim has stuck by us and represented us efficiently, ethically and fairly. Tim is a superb attorney, his knowledge of the law is outstanding. His first choice is to try to work outside of the courtroom and he is wonderful with clients that are able to proceed this way but he is also very successful for high conflict cases like ours that must go in front of a judge. He is able to work with other attorneys and professionals to try to get the best results for your family. Tim has always been very honest and fair. He has tried to save us as much money and sanity along the way as possible while still giving us better service than I could have imagined. He always kept us involved with our case and the decisions and helped us to remain realistic throughout. His communication skills are excellent and he never made us wait and linger for answers. Tim has been more than just our lawyer, he is part of our family. He brought our family together.
