I oversee a team of pros handling real estate settlements in DC, MD, VA, PA, DC, NJ and FL. I've been involved in thousands of real estate closings -- residential and commercial -- and am well acquainted with issues that arise in connection with, or are related to, transfers or real estate. These include contracts, title, title insurance, probate, landlord/tenant, agency, debt, collections, corporate, more.
