We used Tyler and his firm to represent our family on a Clean Water Act (CWA) issue caused from a mega-neighborhood developed by a large national home builder. Tyler and his firm were very responsive as well as knowledgeable. They know the CWA laws well and have a resource of knowledgeable experts that were able to help substantiate our case which ultimately lead to a satisfactory conclusion. Mr Sniff came and saw the problem we were having, took great interest and went over everything in great detail. From first meeting him, we felt he truly cared, was determine to seek justice and make our situation whole again. There were times we felt like things were slow and not promising but Mr. Sniff pushed hard to resolve the issues. My family and I felt like Mr. Sniff was always giving us 150% of his time, interest and care in this case. We could not even get the defendant to even speak with us prior to hiring Mr. Sniff and the law firm of Stack and Associates. We were very pleased that the case was handled with great professionalism and fairness. I would never hesitate to use Mr Sniff or recommend him. He is simply the best.
