I would like to thank attorney Wons, Leila, for all the help she has given me with my divorce and child custody issues. She was so engaged with the case. I could send her an email about a new issue and she always amazed me with a quick well thought out reply. This is only possible when an attorney takes the time to learn and remember all of your case issues. Mine was a very complicated contentious case, which had numerous issues that kept evolving. I always felt confident with her advice. I don't know how any attorney could be better than Leila. I found her thoughtful, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. As founder of the Law Office of Leila J. Wons, P.C., I focus primarily on domestic relations matters, including divorce, child custody and support, paternity, modifications of prior and foreign judgments, contempts, same-sex family law matters, mediation, collaborative law and restraining order hearings.
In December 2010, I was fortunate enough to assist in the preparation of and sit second-chair at the oral argument of Smith v. McDonald, a paternity and removal case argued before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Since then, I have continued to engage in appellate advocacy.
