Walking into the office of Lynn St Louis is quite the experience. First, you are greeted by the front desk worker who opens the door for you before you have a chance to and welcomes you in. Then she offers you bottled water, coffee or soda (they also have an assortment of candy). The office environment is peaceful and inviting. The meeting room is private and calming and Lynn St Louis takes the time to answer questions and explains everything in detail so that anyone can follow the legal language. My wife and I are moving to Indonesia and were required by our company to have wills, so we had Lynn St Louis write up wills that met our needs. Thank You, I would highly recommend Lynn St Louis to anyone seeking a personable lawyer.

My father was approaching his death and his affairs were in horrible shape. Within a week Lynn was able to prepare all the documents necessary to make sure that all was in good order prior to his passing. In addition she arranged for a geriatric social worker to assist his wife in moving into an independent living cottage on the campus where he resided in a nursing home. Since my father’s death Lynn has been absolutely wonderful in working through the probate process and assisting in dealing with a supplemental needs trust which she established for my stepmother. Thanks to Lynn and her staff an untenable situation was made very manageable.

Lynn St. Louis is an Elder Law Attorney, providing legal counsel on Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Long-Term Care. As an Elder Law Attorney, Lynn seeks to honor and protect seniors' autonomy and wishes through life planning documents such as Durable Powers of Attorney and Health Care Directives (Living Wills). Lynn is a 1985 graduate of the University of Washington School of Law. She moved to Spokane in 2006 and is currently listed in Washington’s Top Lawyers. She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and its Elder Law Section, the Spokane County Bar and the Spokane Estate Planning Council, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), is a Past President of the Washington Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (WAELA), and was honored as the 2008 Member of the Year of the Washington Chapter of NAELA for outstanding achievement. Lynn is currently a director on the board of WAELA. She is also AV rated, meaning she is one of only 5% of women lawyers to be selected for the Bar Registry of Pre-Eminent Women Lawyers.
