Attorney Rebecca A. Hajosy is a long-time elder law, probate, estate, and special needs law attorney. She is also a professor at University of Hartford where she teaches the classes of probate practice and elder law. She is an accredited Veteran Affairs Claims Attorney (VACA) and is a member of the Special Needs Alliance and National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). Attorney Hajosy was the President Elect of the Connecticut chapter of NAELA (2017). She is on the Executive Committee of the Elder Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association. She is also on the West Hartford Advisory Commission for Persons with Disabilities. Attorney Hajosy started and runs the University of Hartford and Greater Hartford Legal Aid Estate Document Clinic for Low Income Seniors.
