Clare has been my attorney for years--helping me through my divorce, planning my estate so my kids would be taken care of no matter what happened to me, and helping me with the sale of my house. Clare is unfailingly patient, taking the time to explain complex legal problems. She pays great attention to details, I never had to worry that some little thing would be overlooked or fall through the cracks, and she made herself available when I needed her. She never makes a fight for the sake of fighting, but I always felt protected, knowing Clare was advocating for me. Clare is also just a very nice person, quite the opposite of the standard lawyer stereotype. I recommend Clare wholeheartedly, and I'm very grateful to her for the expert help she's given me over the years.

Clare is a very professional and knowledgeable lawyer. She has done estate work for me as well as offering solutions to various business issues I have had to deal with in recent years. About
Clare is an attorney and mediator who began practicing law in 1984. Her practice has been devoted to family law, real estate and estate matters. Her practice is in Westchester County, and her main office is in Harrison, New York with the availability to meet clients in White Plains.
Clare was always an advocate of mediation to resolve family conflict, and she decided in 2005 to stop litigating and to limit her family law practice to mediation and representing parties in mediation. Clare believes that for most families in conflict, mediation is the best choice for resolving that conflict. She is respectful of the clients’ rights to determine both the process and the outcome in the mediation process and strives to insure that clients have the resources that they need to make the best decisions they can for their family.
Clare is a Past President of the New York State Council on Divorce Mediation and an Accredited Member with the Council. She is also an Advanced Mediator with the Academy of Professional Family Mediators and a member of the Family and Divorce Mediation Center of Greater New York. She is a Certified Mediator with the Westchester Mediation Center, which provides mediation of custody and visitation cases through the Westchester County Family Court. She was also selected to serve on the roster of the panel of divorce mediators in the Westchester Supreme Court Matrimonial Mediation Program.
Clare has helped many families resolve their conflicts through the peaceful process of mediation and achieve an agreement that best meets the needs of the entire family.
