About

Jim Fogg is a rising trial attorney at Ogborn Mihm, LLP.  He focuses his practice on commercial litigation, legal malpractice, and trust and estates litigation.  Before joining Ogborn Mihm, LLP, Jim worked as an associate at a renowned Denver litigation firm and served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable James S. Casebolt of the Colorado Court of Appeals.
Outside of the courtroom, Jim serves on the Executive Council for the Denver Bar Association’s Young Lawyers’ Division, regularly assists law students participating in mock trial competitions, and is active with Project Healing Waters.
Jim graduated from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law, Order of St. Ives, where he was a member of the National Trial Team, an articles editor for the University of Denver Water Law Review, and a student leader in the Academic Achievement Program.  Jim graduated magna cum laude from the University of Colorado with dual undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Environmental Studies.  While studying at CU, Jim worked as a paralegal in a local law firm and co-founded a nonprofit dedicated to serving children in the developing world.
