I was fortunate enough to have Melissa review an Operating Agreement that was created by my previous lawyer for a business partnership. After going through it, she found questionable areas as well as blatant mistakes that I too agreed were wrong. Together we made the necessary changes and executed the agreement. I find her to be knowledgeable, confident and a pleasure to work with. And as you guessed, I now have a new lawyer and her name is Melissa Corwin!
